(HALIBURTON, ON) – On January 22, 2014 officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified by Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP that they had a male party in custody in relation to a warrant in Haliburton County. Martin MULLEY age 22 of South Stormont Township Ontario was originally arrested by OPP in February of 2013 for a Break & Enter to a Minden Hills residence. The accused is now also charged with the criminal offence of Fail to Attend Court and was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay Ontario on January 23, 2014.
