(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 21 year old female and a 24 year old male after police were called to a 10th Concession Road, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, November 6, 2014 at approximately 6:10 p.m., police received information of a possible physical altercation that had taken place at a 10th Concession Road address.
Through investigation it was determined that two vehicles were travelling on 10th Concession Road near East Quarter Line Road. The two vehicles stopped, and the occupant of the one vehicle approached the occupants of the second vehicle at which time a physical confrontation ensued with a demand of valuables to be turned over.
No valuables were turned over at which time the suspects left the area.
As a result of the investigation, the female was identified and arrested. Upon subsequent search, a quantity of illegal substances was located.
Charged with the following offences is 21 year old Skye Rebecca LAVIGNE of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Robbery X4
Possession of Cocaine
Possession of Hydromorph Contin
Mischief under $5,000
Fail to comply with probation orderX3
Charged with Robbery X4 and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle is 24 year old Levi Jackson ROBINSON of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
