(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) On September 23, 2013 officers of the Killaloe OPP responded to various calls for attempt break and enter as well as residence that had been entered and had items stolen.
Members of the Killaloe OPP, Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment and Renfrew County Crime Unit have charged Daniel TYSICK, 33 years of age of Pembroke and Roseanne SYLVESTRE, 29 years of age of Pembroke in connection with numerous break, enter and thefts that have occurred in the various detachment areas.
TYSICK and SYLVESTRE are currently charged with
– Break and Enter with Intent to commit an Indictable Offence (4 counts) contrary to section 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
TYSICK has been held for a bail hearing on September 24 in Pembroke and SYLVESTRE is scheduled to appear in Criminal Court in Pembroke court on October 22, 2013.
The investigation is continuing.
