Lucie LACOMBE – Drunk Driving

(East-Hawkesbury, ON) On the 14th of December 2013, at approximately 11:30 pm, Constable John Léger of the Hawkesbury OPP was sent to investigate a minor collision that occurred at the intersection of Golf and Front Roads in East-Hawkesbury.

The investigation revealed that one of the drivers, of the involved vehicles, was under the influence of alcohol.

Lucie LACOMBE (44 yrs) of East-Hawkesbury was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following sections:

– 253(1)(b) -Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood
– 253(1)(a) -Driving While Ability Impaired
– CC 249(1) -Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle

She was later released on a promise to appear in court on January 8th, 2014 in L’Orignal.
