(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On April 23, 2014 at 7:51pm, Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the Pacific Hotel in Wiarton to deal with an intoxicated man.
Police arrived and spoke to the owners who reported the intoxicated male had taken beer without paying and was refusing to leave the hotel. Officers located the suspect who began screaming and swearing at police.
Luc BOUGHNER, age 51, of South Bruce Peninsula was arrested and charged with theft under $5000, public intoxication and was served a trespass notice banning him from entering the establishment. He is scheduled to appear at the Owen Sound Court of Justice on May 29, 2014 to answer to the charges.
