(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On December 4th, 2016 at approximately 3:20 a.m., Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington, Ontario was dispatched to a single motor vehicle rollover that occurred near the intersection of Highway 3 and Highway 77.
A grey 4 door Mazda was found on its roof in the ditch and witnesses advised the driver and lone male occupant was walking away from the scene.
Police arrived and located the driver having suffered minor injuries, walking from the scene of the collision. He exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
Louis GEORGES, age 33 of Windsor, Ontario will appear in a Leamington, Ontario courtroom on January 5, 2016 to answer to charges of Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content.
