(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a car on Highway #403 on 7 May 2016 at approximately 10: 50 p.m.
The 2016 GMC Sierra was stopped by police and the 28-year-old driver Logan POWLESS of Six Nations of The Grand River First Nation was arrested and charged with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Driving with More than 80 mgs, of Alcohol in Blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b)
Driving While Ability Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a)
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges.
