(QUINTE WEST, ON) On Wednesday January 21st, 2015, at approximately 12:15pm Quinte West OPP responded to a weapons complaint at Trenton High School. The staff and students at the school responded to a perceived threat and went into lockdown accordingly. The Police investigation revealed that there was no threat to the safety of the school community. The lockdown was lifted after approximately 15 minutes and normal classroom activities resumed.
