(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – A local male was arrested and charged with two provincial offences this weekend.
On January 25, 2014 officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the arena in Fenelon Falls when a male, having been escorted from the premises, returned and would not leave when directed to do so.
Austin BENSON, 21 years of age, was arrested and charged with being intoxicated in a public place, contrary to the liquor licence act and for trespassing, contrary to the trespass to property act.
