(SUDBURY, ON)- On March 28, 2016, at approximately 11:00 a.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 144, in the town of Chelmsford.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Brian LIVINGSTONE, 66 years of age, from Chelmsford, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on April 4, 2016.
