(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 14th, 2011 at 10:26 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Broadway Street in Kincardine, observed 3 teens walking along the sidewalk. One of the teens was found to be in possession of alcohol. The alcohol was seized and a 16 year old from Kincardine has been charged with Person under 19 years having liquor.
