Linda OUELLETTE – Methamphetamine and One Plant

(Hawkesbury, Ontario) – On September 6th 2013, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, (OCEB), Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm, the Hawkesbury Crime Unit and the Hawkesbury OPP Detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence on Portelance street in Hawkesbury (ON).

Police seized quantities of methamphetamine, cannabis marihuana and a marihuana plant.

Linda OUELLETTE, 42 years old of Hawkesbury, has been charged with:

Possession of Schedule I Substance (methamphetamine)
Possession of a Schedule II Substance (cannabis marihuana) for the Purpose of Trafficking
Production of a Schedule II Substance (cannabis marihuana)

She was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In- Charge Undertaking with conditions to appear on October 9, 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice, L’Orignal (ON).
