Linda DEFOSSE – Drunk Driving

(ALDERVILLE FIRST NATION, ON) – On January 22, 2015 a Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was on general patrol on County Road 45 just before midnight. The officer observed a car pulled over onto the shoulder and noticed a male standing outside the vehicle urinating. The female driver was questioned and it was determined that she had been drinking. She was eventually arrested and taken to the Cobourg detachment for further tests.

As a result of these tests, Linda DEFOSSE age 59 of Alnwick-Haldimand Twp is charged with Impaired Care&Control of a motor vehicle and Over 80mgs. She was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on February 11, 2015
