(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Firefighters Lane, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, June 23, 2016 at approximately 12:05 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting a suspicious male.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a male was observed lying beside a lawnmower at Lions Park.
As a result of investigation, police located and charged 37-year-old Robert Lewis MILLER of Haldimand County, Ontario with being intoxicated in a common area and having liquor in open container in other than licenced premises, residence or private place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.
He was subsequently issued Provincial Offence Notices.
