(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 154Km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 shortly before 11:30pm last night.
Letian ZHANG (age 20) of Peterborough, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2016 Lexus sedan was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on December 12, 2016.
