(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a woman for an impaired driving offence following a vehicle stop in Downtown Kenora shortly before 5:00 pm on Sunday March 30, 2014. The driver was arrested and transported for further tests.
As a result of this investigation 30 year old Lee-Ann SANDY of Northwest Angle FNT, has been charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle With More than .80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is to appear in Kenora Court on May 22, 2014 to answer to the charge.
