(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 34-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, October 21, 2016, at approximately 2:34 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street South, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 34-year-old Leanne Edna MCCONNELL of Norfolk County, Ontario with possession of Marihuana, driving while under suspension, improper number plate light, fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle, drive motor vehicle-no currently validated permit and fail to surrender insurance card.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
