(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 34-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a James Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, October 29, 2016, at approximately 1:13 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of James Street, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 34-year-old Leanne Edna MCCONNELL of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension and drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
