(SOUTH HURON, ON) – At approximately 2:00 a.m. on November 6, 2011, a Huron County OPP officer was conducting patrols and observed a vehicle fail to dim their high beams to oncoming traffic. The officer conducted a traffic stop on London Road, south of Exeter and upon speaking to the female driver the officer observed her to be under the influence of alcohol.
