(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Queen Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at approximately 8:20 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned member of the public reporting a suspicious male that was walking along the roadway with a younger female.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 18-year-old Lawren KADEY of Norfolk County, Ontario with possession of Marihuana.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
