Laurence GUILBOARD – Trafficking

PROJECT PARADIGM IS A DRUG ENFORCEMENT TEAM COMPRISED OF OFFICERS FROM THE ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE DRUG ENFORCEMENT UNIT AND OPP DETACHMENTS IN EASTERN ONTARIO

(Renfrew County, Ontario) – On August 30th 2015, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and Renfrew OPP Detachment conducted a traffic stop on Renfrew Avenue West and arrested a male for trafficking methamphetamine (speed). Police located 25 methamphetamine (speed) tablets on the male.

Laurence GUILBOARD (48) of Renfrew ON was arrested and charged with the following:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of Schedule I substance CDSA 5(2)

Guilboard was released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice of Ontario, Renfrew (ON) on September 23rd 2015.
