(LAKESHORE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to attend Renaud Line between Rosewood Drive and Essex County Road 42 in Lakeshore on June 5, 2016 at approximately 12:20 a.m. for a report of a vehicle in the ditch.
Officers arrived on scene and arrested the driver of the vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment.
Shawn FUERTH, age 37 of Lakeshore was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Fail to Provide Breath Sample. He will appear in a Windsor court on June 28, 2016 to answer to the charges.
