(Fort Frances, ON) – Shortly after 4:00 am on July 27, 2013, members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a vehicle driving in a suspicious manner on Victoria Avenue in the Town of Fort Frances
Officers conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle in question and conducted an investigation.
As a result of this investigation, Jonathan OTTERTAIL (33) of Lac La Croix First Nation has been charged criminally with:
One count of having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood.
OTTERTAIL will appear in Fort Frances Provincial Court on Monday August 26, 2013 at 9:30 am.
