Kyle RAMSAY: Public Intoxication, Breach, Resist Arrest

(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Friday November 28th 2014, an officer from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling Monck Street in the Town of Bancroft when a male entered onto the street. Police had to swerve to avoid him. Investigation into the incident resulted in the male being arrested for public intoxication. The male was taken into police custody and while in custody he damaged a police vehicle.

24 year old Kyle RAMSAY of Carlow-Mayo Township has been charged with:

Fail to comply with a probation order

Resist arrest

Mischief

He was released from custody on a promise to appear with conditions and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 13th of January 2015.
