(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 5, 2013 at 11:57 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street in Kincardine stopped a Red Nissan Altima. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 27 year old Kyle HUNTINGDON of Kincardine has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 7, 2013 to answer to the charge.
