Kyle Christopher ALEXANDER – Drug Trafficking

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On December 7th, 2016 at approximately 5:50pm, officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB)with assistance from OPP Tactical Rescue Unit (TRU) and Belleville Police Drug Enforcement Unit, arrested a Toronto man for drug trafficking in the City of Kingston.

As a result of the arrest police located and seized:

Heroin

Fentanyl Powder

Marijuana

a quantity of Canadian Currency

2 cellphones

Packaging material

Kyle Christopher ALEXANDER, 33, of Toronto has been charged with:

Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Heroin

Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs

Possession of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams

Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada

Fail to Comply with Recognizance x 3

The accused was held in custody pending the outcome of a Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice at 15 Bridge Street East Belleville, on December 8th, 2016.
