(LAKESHORE ON) – A 28 year old Essex man is facing three criminal code charges after the vehicle he was driving was stopped early this morning.
At approximately 12:55 am on March 18th OPP officers stopped a vehicle on County Road 22 in the Municipality of Lakeshore.
Kristopher Lucier, 28 of Essex was arrested and is charged with impaired driving, refuse to provide a breath sample and breach of probation. He was released and will be appearing in court in Windsor on April 1 2015.
