(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 18-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a St Johns Road West, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at approximately 8:47 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of St Johns Road West, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged a 18-year-old Kristin KNELSEN of Norfolk County, Ontario with driver fail to surrender licence, drive motor vehicle – no plates, fail to notify change of address, fail to surrender insurance card, fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle and fail to give identification.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
