(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for erratic driving shortly after 9:30pm Tuesday night. The female driver was investigated and was found to be impaired by alcohol.
Krista MacDowall (age 24) of Cavan-Monaghan Township is charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in her blood. The accused is due in Peterborough Provincial Court on March 05, 2015.
