(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 22 year old female with drinking and driving related offences at a Main Street, Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday April 14th, 2016 at approximately 11:41 pm, members of the Haldimand OPP stopped a grey 2016 Nissan car for a sobriety check.
Upon speaking with the driver, Officers could detect signs of impairment which resulted in her arrest.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the car identified as 22 year old Alicia KOWALSKI of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle, and Operate Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
