(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a driver on Highway 7for a seat belt violation yesterday just before noon.
The male operator of a vehicle was found to have been drinking. Russell KITCHEN (age 58) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township was arrested and charged with:
Fail to wear seatbelt
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON June 09, 2016
