North Huron council has spent an estimated $100,000+ on lawyer fees over the last few years targeting the Amish, hoop house operators, and anyone else they want to destroy and/or humiliate. That $100,000+ was your money meant to maintain our infrastructure. Why aren’t councillors held personally liable for the waste and pain & suffering they caused during their vendettas?
Council is considering forcing anyone that officially complains about North Huron to pay all legal costs, and council is in charge of how high they can run that bill up.
The next step will be for council to add that bill to your property taxes, then sell you home if you don’t pay it in two years.
Things are so bad in North Huron you could lose your home if you complain about King bailey, his jesters or town staff.
