(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 8, 2015 at 10:08 p.m., members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Russell Street in Kincardine when a Black Ford F150 pick-up truck stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Forty-year-old James BELL of Kincardine was charged with operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 20, 2016 to answer to the charge.
