Kimberly NOBLE – Drunk Driving

(ADELAIDE METCALFE, ON) – On August 27, 2015, at approximately 11:59 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a motor vehicle stop on Egremont Drive, near Sexton Road.

Officers determined that the female driver of the white Dodge automobile had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered, and the driver registered a “fail”. The female was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for further breath testing, which revealed she had consumed more than twice the legal limit of alcohol.

As a result of the investigation, 24-year-old Kimberly NOBLE, from St. Clair Township, Ontario, has been charged with driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charge in a London court on October 8, 2015.
