During the week of June 1 – June 8, 2015 there were 98 calls for service. There were six motor vehicle collisions; four were related to wild animals.

DANGEROUS OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE
(Brudenell, Lyndoch, Raglan Township, ON) On Saturday, June 6, 2015 Provincial Constable James Baker responded to a motor vehicle collision complaint on Palmer Road. Sabrina KLATT, 27 years of age of Brudenell, Lyndoch Raglan Township was charged with
– Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle contrary to Section 249(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
KLATT is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on July 15, 2015.
ATTEMPT BREAK AND ENTER LEADS TO CHARGES
(Pikwakanagan, ON) On Saturday, June 6, 2015, Provincial Constable Chris Miller responded to an attempt break and enter call for service on Mishomis Inamo. Michael KOHOKO, 32 years of age of Pikwakanagan was charged with
– Mischief Under contrary to Section 430(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of an Undertaking contrary to section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Break and Enter a Dwelling with intent to commit an indictable offence contrary to section 348(1)(a)

BREAK, ENTER AND THEFT
(Killaloe, Hagarty Richards Township, ON) Provincial Constable Barry Nisbet is investigating a break, enter and theft that occurred sometime between May 15, 2015 and June 7, 2015. Unknown person(s) entered the property located on Turner’s Road and removed a kayak, hummingbird fish finder, canoe paddles, and a mounted doe head. PROHIBITED DRIVER
(Madawaska Valley Township, ON) On Saturday, June 6, 2015 Sgt Dave Moore conducted a motor vehicle stop on Paugh Lake Road. As a result Faiz KHAN, 21 years of age of Mississauga was charged with
– Driving while disqualified contrary to section 259(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking given by an Officer in Charge contrary to section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
KHAN is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on July 15, 2015.
IMPAIRED DRIVING CARE AND CONTROL
(Killaloe, Hagarty Richards Township, ON) On Sunday, June 7, 2015 Provincial Constable James Baker and Provincial Constable Glenn Yaraskavitch responded to a motor vehicle collision on Round Lake Road. As a result, Jonathan LAFLAMME, 44 years of age of Markham was charged with
– Care and Control of a motor vehicle contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
– Possession of a prohibited weapon contrary to section 93 of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Knowledge of Unauthorized possession of a weapon contrary to section 92(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
LAFLAMME is scheduled to appear in Killaloe court on July 15, 2015.
THEFT
(Algonquin Provincial Park, ON) Provincial Constable Keith Jones is investigating the thefts from vehicles at Canoe Lake campground. On Sunday, June 7, 2015 unknown person(s) entered three vehicles located at the Canoe Lake parking lot. Various items including a full set of tires were removed from the vehicles.
