(MILDMAY, ON) – On December 1, 2012 at 1:46 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Peter Street North in Mildmay stopped a Grey Toyota Camry. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 37 year old Kevin MURPHY of Teeswater has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 28, 2013 to answer to the charge.
