(WALKERTON, ON) On June 16, 2013 at 11:33 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to deal with a male trespassing at a residence along Yonge Street South in Walkerton. Officers arrived to find the man was previously warned about being on the property. When he was taken into custody officers found a quantity of illegal drugs. 49 year old Kevin MACGILLIVRAY of West Grey Township has been charged with Trespassing, Possess a controlled substance, Obstruct police, Breach probation and 3 counts of Fail to comply. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for June 17, 2013 at 2:00 pm.
