(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 21, 2016 at approximately 1:43 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a sexual assault occurrence that occurred on September 20, 2016 at a residence located on Concession 9 in Wellington North Township.
As a result of a thorough police investigation, a male suspect was located and taken into custody.
55-year-old Kevin JOHNSON of Wellington North Township has been charged with Sexual Assault and Obstruction of Peace Officer contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He was held for a Bail hearing and given an opportunity to speak to his charges.
