(LEAMINGTON, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington stopped a black Dodge on Road 12 on July 6, 2015 at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The vehicle had been travelling northbound behind a marked OPP cruiser when the officer observed it to cross the center line twice. The Dodge then travelled past the cruiser where he was stopped.
The driver of the vehicle was spoken to and exhibited signs of impairment. He was issued a Roadside Screening Device and registered a “Fail”.
He was arrested at the scene.
Kevin FLORES-MARTINEZ, age 27 of Windsor, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on August 6, 2015.
