(TECUMSEH, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Tecumseh was called to attend a crash that occurred on November 20, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Walker Road just south of Highway 3.
Officers discovered that a grey GMC had struck another vehicle and was attempting to leave the scene. Officers spoke to the driver of the GMC who was exhibiting signs of impairment. She was issued a Roadside Screening Device Demand which she “failed”. She was arrested at the scene.
Kerri BERNARDES, age 40 of Kingsville was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. She will appear in a Windsor court on December 8, 2015 to answer to the charge.
