Kenneth Robin NEELY – Drunk Driving

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On November 29th, 2015 at approximately 5:53 p.m. members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Elliot Lake attended the corner of Hillside Drive South and Highway 108 regarding a motor vehicle collision.

Through investigation, police have charged Kenneth Robin NEELY (37) of Elliot Lake with the following:

Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood as per s. 253 (1) (b) of the Criminal Code

Fail to yield to traffic on through highway as per s. 136 (1) (b) of the Highway Traffic Act.

Driving while under suspension as per s. 53 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on January 6, 2016.
