(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 17, 2014 at approximately 2:28 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a call that a man left a residence and took a 2008 Mazda without consent from a St. David Street South home. The male was later located back at the complainant’s residence and was arrested.
Kenneth PENFOLD age 62 of Fergus has been charged with Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to answer the charge in Guelph Criminal Court on September 26, 2014.
