(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – On August 28, 2016, at approximately 8:56 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police initiated a motor vehicle traffic stop on Pratt Siding Road, near Coltsfoot Drive.
Officers determined that the male driver of the grey Ford car had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered, and the driver registered a “fail”. He was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for further breath testing.
As a result of the police investigation, 28-year-old Kenneth PAGE, from Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario, has been charged with driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer to the charge in a London court on October 5, 2016.
