Police have charged a 25 year old Sarnia, ON man with driving over the legal limit after police received a report of a possible impaired driver on Sunday June 14th, 2015.
Police received the report around 9:46pm from a motorist following a vehicle who they believe to be impaired. Police located the vehicle in the area of the Flying M Truck Stop, Highway #4, Southwold Township.
As a result of the investigation Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers arrested and charged Kenneth GOOLD, age 25 of Sarnia, ON with;
Adult driving with more than 80mg of Alcohol in Blood contrary to the Criminal Code.
GOOLD was later released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in St. Thomas Criminal Court on June 30th, 2015.
