(LAMBTON, ON) – On Wednesday October 13th, 2016, the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a commercial business on Bond Street, Watford, Ontario regarding a suspicious person complaint.
Just after 12:00 a.m., Lambton OPP received information of a suspicious person observed walking around a commercial business on Bond Street, Watford. While enroute, Lambton OPP received further information that the suspicious person had left the area in a pick-up truck. The caller was able to provide police with the licence plate number for the pick-up truck which was then located a time later in Wyoming, Ontario.
OPP conducted a traffic stop and through the course of the investigation arrested and charged 51 year old Kenneth George ARSENAULT of Penetanguishene, Ontario with

The accused will appear in the Sarnia Ontario Court of Justice on Monday December 9th, 2016.
