Kenneth Denomme – Drunk Driving – Three Times Legal Limit

(South Huron, ON) At approximately 2:00 pm on October 26, 2010 a Huron OPP officer located a vehicle parked behind a business in Exeter with a male sitting inside. Information had been received from a citizen that the vehicle and occupant had been seen driving in Exeter and the driver was suspected to be impaired. Upon speaking to the male, it became clear that he was impaired by alcohol. The male was arrested and taken to the Exeter Detachment where he provided two samples of his breath to a qualified Intoxilizer Technician. The results of the tests confirmed that the driver had nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system. In addition, while being searched, a quantity of suspected cannabis marihuana was located in his possession.

Kenneth DENOMME (51) of South Huron has been charged with one count of Impaired Care and Control and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cannabis Marihuana. He will answer to his charges in the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on December 5, 2010.
