(Gravenhurst, ON) – On Saturday April 18th, 2015 shortly before 1:00 a.m., members of Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) patrolling the town of Gravenhurst, noticed a vehicle speeding through town. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Lofty Pines Drive and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol.
31 year-old Kenneth COPELAND of Gravenhurst was subsequently charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle CC253(1)(a) and Over 80 CC253(1)(b) and will appear in Bracebridge Criminal Court on June 2nd, 2015 to answer to the charges.
