KEMP – Possession of a Controlled Substance

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On June 18, 2018 at approximately 6:30 a.m., officers from the Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Hastings Quinte EMS responded to a female in distress seen wandering around Tourist Park in the City of Quinte West.

Dessiree Elizabeth KEMP, 21 years of age of the City of Quinte West, was arrested and charged with:

Possession of a Controlled Substance (schedule 1) S. 4(1) CDSA

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend Ontario Court of Justice located at 15 Bridge Street West in the city of Belleville, Ontario on July 9, 2018.
