Keith LIVINGSTONE: Arson, Theft, Stolen Property

(Bancroft, Ontario) – In the early morning of Tuesday of August 26th 2014, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a vehicle fire on Brethour Road in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was a GMC pickup truck stolen from a residence in the Ennismore area overnight.

The same morning the Bancroft OPP also received the report of a vehicle theft from residence on Mira Street in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands. Sometime overnight a Ford pickup truck was stolen from a driveway

The Bancroft OPP has charged an adult male in relation to both these incidents.

26 year old Keith LIVINGSTONE of Peterborough, Ontario was arrested on the 27th of November 2014 and has been charged with:

Possession of stolen property

Theft over

Arson

Drive while suspended
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing. His next scheduled court appearance is the 04th of December 2014, at the Ontario Court of Justice in
Belleville, Ontario.
