(ESSEX, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Essex received an alarm call at approximately 1:10 a.m. on September 3, 2015 at the Canadian Tire Store on Essex County Road 8 in Essex.
Officers arrived and checked the rear enclosed portion of the property where two males were found hiding inside an open storage container. One male was arrested at the scene, and the other male fled on foot.
Keegan KOSSOM, age 29 of Windsor was charged with Break and Enter with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence. He will appear in a Windsor court on October 7, 2015 to answer to the charge.
Police are asking anyone that may have witnessed the other male flee, to contact Essex OPP at 519-738-3796.
